As each product is individually handmade, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective.

If the received item is different from the displayed advertisement/description, or if the contract has been fulfilled differently, you may request an exchange/return within 3 months from the date of delivery, or within 30 days from the date you became aware (or could have become aware) of the issue.

Minor differences from photos that are not considered defects are not eligible for return.

If the product has been damaged due to the customer’s responsibility (except for damaged packaging).

If the product value has been reduced due to use or partial consumption by the customer.

If the product has been significantly damaged over time to the point where resale is difficult.
* For exchanges/returns due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

If a manufacturing defect or damage is found, a one-time exchange is available within 5 days of delivery.

If the customer ordered the wrong ring size, a one-time size exchange is available for the same product.

Exchanges are processed with the same care and production standards as the original manufacturing process.
