Each piece is covered by a 6-month complimentary repair service from the date of manufacture.
Repairs for damage or material loss caused by external factors may incur additional material costs.

To request a repair, please contact us via email for documentation purposes.
When returning your item, include your name, contact information, address, and the authenticity card enclosed with your order.
(If the card is missing, the 6-month period will be based on the purchase date.)
